Halloween: Store bought costume or homemade? Last year, I got crafty and made a Superhero Cape out of a t-shirt. This year, we will probably go for a store bought costume unless I stumble across something that looks uncomplicated on Pinterest, which is unlikely. Cutting a whole out of a t-shirt: doable. Using specialty scissors and a complicated pattern that requires sewing? Never going to happen.
