My husband and I love to watch documentaries about health, and I think some of the information is sinking in a little – but we aren’t vegan or running marathons yet. We are trying to exercise more (I am on Week 4 of Couch to 5k… I learned after my first attempt that stretching is essential to this whole running thing – I thought I was going to need my knees replaced after Week 2 the first time I tried to be a runner.)
I loved the Hungry for Change documentary because the message was a little less drastic than some of the other ones: it focused more on adding healthy foods to your daily diet rather than depravation.
It is a very interesting, very informative, and entertaining documentary about dieting and the types of foods we should be trying to eat everyday.
