These are so easy to make and delicious … Plus kale is a superfood.
- Tear the kale into bits and wash.
- Toss in olive oil and a little salt.
- Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes.
- Enjoy!
And the best part…
The toddler taste test: Approved!!
Thomas loved the kale “chips” … I’m always looking for healthy foods that he will enjoy, and he loves these!

Really? You are amazing! I may have to make them in hiding to get my lot to try them… but it is worth a try!

I didn’t think he’d like the kale as much as he did…. But it is really tasty and he eats it!

I tried them (I love kale) and oversalted them the first time. I totally need to try them again if they passed the toddler seal of approval!

I actually didn’t use any salt – just flavored olive oil from Devo Olive Oil – and thought they were great! I’ve used salt and don’t think you need it for these!
