I grew up in WV. Anyone that has a bad thing to say about my home state has not had the privilege of visiting the Greenbrier. It is, in my opinion, the most perfect place on the planet.
Dorothy Draper is my style icon. The bright colors. Bold patterns. White ceramic lamps. Glossy white furniture. Black and white floors.
So I have a treat for you. A few years ago, I took pictures of the original paint chips of the Greenbrier from Dorothy Draper which were on display by Draper’s Cafe. I used them in my house- Jamaican Aqua makes me happy every time I walk in the door. Thomas’s room is Little Angel. It’s so cool to me that Benjamin Moore still carries these colors! I also took pictures of some of my favorite spots and the Greenbrier. Thomas is spending his second birthday this year year (squeeee! As Scary Mommy would say.). It will be well documented and I will share.
