Apparently, according to an article in the Wall Street Journal, inflatable swans are all the rage in the Hamptons, but not all agree that they are elegant:
Mr. Bilhuber says that he finds the swans “particularly—pardon the pun—foul” and, “only one step above a garden gnome” when it comes to backyard kitsch. “Somebody needs to get out a sharp penknife and start liberating us.”
This begs for the hashtag #whitepeopleproblems

A Pinterest board about a fictional posh tot named Quinoa has really been making me laugh! My favorite pin:
Just finished up Her Royal Spyness, which is a cute book about a British girl in the 1930s named Georgie who is a relative of the royal family. It’s read by a girl with a British accent, and both the reading and the story are clever. It definitely kept me entertained while on my bike rides, and if anyone had seen me at the very end, they would have been just as entertained by my facial reactions as I was with the plot line. Listening to books while riding my bike is my new favorite thing to do. Download Her Royal Spyness from Audible. Don’t have an account yet? The app is free, and you can try Audible 30 days for free with a free download.
We watched a very cool music documentary called Sound City, which features an old studio where famous musicians like Tom Petty, Nirvana and Fleetwood Mac recorded. It’s well done, entertaining, and I liked the behind the scenes look at how music was recorded before digital took over.
