In the past several months, and a lot in the past few weeks, we’ve spent a lot of time de-cluttering our house and reorganizing. We’ve turned a computer room into a guest room and the former guest room into a playroom and the dining room is finally a dining room again. Now that the house is somewhat in order, I’m looking at a few areas I’d love to enhance. Maybe I should stop reading design blogs.
I saw this glass & gold console table in a photo and found it on Amazon, and I think it’s the perfect table to fill the gap in the space along the wall in our living room. I love that it’s simple and light: it won’t be a heavy piece but a nice little touch. I can add some books and framed photos on top. I’ll put the two chairs and my elephant in front of it.
I’ve been wanting to redo the gallery wall, too. I don’t love it.
So, I think what I’d like to do is frame this series of black & whites that I printed in 16 x 20 and plan to frame. A black with a little gold in the frame above this table would really give this wall a totally different look, don’t you think?
Here are the black & whites I plan to frame and hang on the wall:
(I took the photos, but it was my husband’s idea to make it the series from vine to glass.)
Would love your ideas!
