We have always been big fans of Legos, and have recently graduated to the real deal sets. In my New Year Organize frenzy, I even got a special bin with a tray to hold the little Lego parts from Target. Keeping them organized is a seemingly impossible task… would love some tips on how y’all keep them organized, and if you keep each set separate or toss them all together. I attempted to keep them separate… but my four year old likes for Batman to play on the hospital Helicopter even thought they are from different sets. So that was that.
Now that we’re avid Legos fans, I’ve started exploring the world of Legos and discovered the obvious source, the Lego website, which is very interactive and has lots of games, videos, and other content that my son likes.
In addition, if you happen to lose the instructions, you can find the PDFs right there on the website. These can be easily downloaded to an iPad for easy scrolling. You can visit the shop, and then search for your set, and there is a tab that says “building instructions,” and it will take you to the page to download the instructions.
Here are some cool Superhero Lego sets that any little (or big!) Lego fan will love:
Hulk Smash Lab
Shop | LEGO Hulk Smash Lab on Amazon or Lego
Because, it’s Hulk Smash. And there are all sorts of cool characters. Most likely, there will be smashing involved when it’s complete, which is delightful for every little boy.
The airplane is cool but Joker’s steamroller is what makes this set a heroic choice. Build it, then roll over small lego parts. Sure to be a favorite!
The vehicle has 8 wheels. Captain America has a motorcycle and his shield. Yes, this will be a favorite.
If your child loves the lean green ninja team, this is a fun set to build. It’s a Lego Juniors set and easy to assemble with a cool vehicle and a “bad guy.”
This Lego Juniors set is easy to build and of course, “super cool” because Spider Man has a web. The “bad guy” is Venom and you can catch him in the Spider web! A great gift for less than $15.
Batman Defend the Bat Cave
This is another easy-to-build Lego Juniors set, which are great smaller starter sets to get your younger ones following the instructions and building on their own. Plus, this one has Batman with a cool Batmobile and Joker has a big hammer weapon. Fun times!
Lego Shopping Tip
Lego.com allows you to search superhero lego sets by Marvel & DC Comics. They have a great search feature on the side panel, which will also let you sort by age. Then you can always cross check the price at your favorite retailers like Amazon, Target, etc.
