These are a great snack or breakfast – not too sweet – and you could easily add fruit or chocolate chips to these. The Vitamix pulverizes the oats, giving them a good consistency, despite the lack of flour!
Tip: Add the oats after the rest of the ingredients for easier blending. (Use the photo above as a sample of what not to do.)
